NUMBER ONE PRIORITY: My wife Brenda and my two sons John Jr. and Tracy, and their wives and my five grandkids.


LIFE’S MAIN FOCUS: To lead by example with emphasis on integrity, honesty and ethics. To teach others how to become wealthy and financially independent through investing in real estate and public speaking by utilizing simple, easy to understand techniques.

FAVORITE PLACE: Hawaii! It’s the only place that I have ever been to that lived up to everything good that I had ever heard about it. I can still smell the flowers there.

FAVORITE FOOD: Seafood, without a doubt the best there is!

PROFESSIONAL BIO:

After he quit high school  to join the Air Force, John took several years to learn the value of an education. He began his career out of the service like most average American citizens, working by the hour and getting paid by the hour.  Wanting to own and manage a business, and have more than just a paycheck, he opened up his first auto repair shop in Florida.  The business quickly became successful and John grew the business into a highly profitable chain of repair shops throughout the state of Florida.  Not ready to settle for less, by the time John was 34 years old he set a goal to become a millionaire.  He learned at the time that 70% of the millionaires in the United States made their millions in real estate.  With the odds in his favor he realized he had to get into real estate.  Within three years of setting his goal, John became a millionaire by the age of 37 through real estate.

As a seasoned multi-millionaire real estate investor, John became highly sought after by people who wanted him to teach them his investing techniques. With a unique skill of taking complicated issues and breaking them down into simple easy to understand terms, John began his speaking career teaching zero-down real estate strategies. He has over 20-years of experience conducting seminars on investing in real estate and is one of the highest paid and most respected speakers in North America and Australia.  He has spoken at events around the world and on the same platform as Mark Victor Hansen, Robert Allen, Zig Ziglar, Dennis Waitley, Les Brown, Tom Hopkins, Jay Abraham and Wade Cook to name a few. He is credited with developing highly successful intensive training and mentoring programs for several of the largest seminar companies in North America.  Over the past twenty years, John has literally mentored and taught his real estate techniques to several thousand protégés worldwide.

While he continues to teach real estate, his primary focus today is on teaching others to become successful speakers. He is best known for his 4-day seminar, The “Million-Dollar Speaker” Training. John reveals the inner workings of the speaking industry and his personal strategies which have made him millions of dollars as a speaker. He has helped launch the speaking careers of hundreds of professionals.
